We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at mariahs112@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and final sale items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
